This month’s topic: Reflections on Circuit Breaker

As libraries begin restoring services and continue to plan for reopening, this is a great time to reflect on all we’ve done since closing our physical libraries. We’ve continued serving our patrons through any means possible, including digital services, and help through email and by phone. We’ve created new programs – including virtual offerings – and have reached new populations and welcomed new library users.

• what we’ve learned, and 
• what newly developed or revamped services and programs will continue as we transition back into regular library service.
