You are cordially invited to share projects or initiatives to reform or transform the services, operations, or management strategies at your library to prepare for future challenges and opportunities. You may consider the topics below but are not limited to the restrictive list. 

Services, Operations & Engagement

• reforming or transforming existing services to meet anticipated future challenges, e.g. changes/future plans in view of COVID
• redefining the roles of library staff to better serve users
• communication, outreach and user engagement 
• creating new services or expanding/repurposing existing services to meet the demand of a new target user group
• new or creative practices in instruction, information literacy and assessment
• using library data analytics to uncover insights, improve existing services or identify new opportunities
• providing access to information anywhere, anytime
• practical issues and challenges in library operations and how your library tackled them
• improving existing operational processes and workflows 
• creating and sustaining innovative processes
• adopting new or disruptive technology
• testing unconventional ideas and services 

Strategy and Management

• making ways for organizational innovation
• collaboration with non-library departments to serve organizational goals
• forging partnerships with communities
• strategic planning 
• leadership challenges
• redefining the roles of library leaders
• redefining the roles of library staff to better serve users
• developing staff skills and competencies of high future demand
