Performance Measurement for Academic Libraries: LAS workshop

Date:                     6 – 7 November 2012
Time:                   9am – 5 pm Daily
Venue:                 National University of Singapore, Central Library, Theatrette 1
Trainer:                Professor Sebastian Mundt, Media Management and Information Services, Stuttgart Media University, Germany
Course fees:      $220 for LAS Personal and Institutional Members (up to 3 participants per Institutional Member)

$280 for Non LAS Members

About the Workshop:
This two-day workshop aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to understand and implement processes to capture and report performance indicators relevant for university libraries with reference to the ISO11620:2008 framework. This workshop will also help participants to identify key performance indicators suitable for academic libraries in Singapore for comparison and benchmarking.

This workshop is co-sponsored by Goethe-Institute Singapore.
