All members are cordially invited to attend the meeting.

1. President’s Address.
2. To confirm Minutes of the AGM held on 17 May 2017.
3. To receive and, if approved, pass the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2017.
4. To receive the Committee’s Report for 2017/2018.
5. To transact Any Other Business
