Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Outreach & Learning Spaces), Library, Dept of Academic Quality & Resources

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement integrated communications, outreach and engagement strategies

  • Develop and execute integrated communications, marketing and outreach strategies to promote AQR services, resources and learning spaces.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns, events and engagement programmes to increase awareness and participation among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with academic schools and corporate units to pilot new outreach initiatives and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.

2) Manage social media and digital marketing

  • Manage AQR’s social media presence, including content planning, editorial calendar and campaign execution
  • Create engaging short-form, video and visual content tailored to SP community
  • Track and analyse campaign performance (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies using data insights

3) Support AI-enabled communications and process innovation

  • Identify and apply AI tools and digital solutions to enhance content creation, campaign effectiveness and workflow efficiency
  • Pilot innovative, AI-assisted and personalised engagement approaches
  • Contribute to AQR’s digital and AI transformation efforts

4) Support operational delivery and user-facing services

  • Assist in overseeing outreach and engagement operations to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Support logistics and administrative processes, including coordination of resources and schedules
  • Support space maintenance to ensure safe and conducive facilities
  • Provide user-facing support as needed, maintaining consistent service quality

 

What we are looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in communications, outreach, events coordination, content development, or customer service operations
  • Familiarity with AI tools, digital content platforms, publicity workflows or design tools
  • Experience supporting projects or working across multiple stakeholders is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences across digital and physical platforms
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Creative, resourceful, collaborative and willing to learn
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle enquiries professionally
  • Analytical and practical approach to problem-solving

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
