2	ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute (ISEAS) Library	30 Heng Mui Keng Terrace, Singapore 119614	Visit Email	The ISEAS Library was established in 1968 to support the research needs of ISEAS researchers and scholars interested in Southeast Asia. It houses an extensive and unique collection of Southeast Asian materials in different formats and languages of the region. In 2013, the library opened its membership to the public.

4	Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Library	NAFA Campus 1, Level 6, 80 Bencoolen Street, Singapore 189655	Visit Email	The NAFA Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Library has a collection of more than 100,000 materials, focusing on the arts and with a special emphasis on Southeast Asian arts. Special collections include the Southeast Asia Arts Collection, NAFA’s Heritage Collection and archives of several well-known Singaporean artists and musicians.

It provides specialist resources while fostering innovation through quality services, collaborative spaces, and professional librarians’ support.
8	National Library Singapore	100 Victoria Street, Singapore 188064	Visit Email	The National Library Singapore plays an important role in collecting, preserving and making accessible materials about Singapore. It has a collection size of over four million items in both physical and digital formats. It also offers a wide range of services such as access to online databases, document delivery service and more to serve the information needs of users. The National Library Singapore is under the National Library Board, which also oversees the National Archives of Singapore and 27 libraries across Singapore.
9	National University of Singapore (NUS) Libraries	NUS Central Library 12 Kent Ridge Crescent Singapore 119275	Visit Email	The NUS Libraries is the largest academic and research library in Singapore. Its collection spans over three million volumes housed in six libraries spread across campus, and encompasses a wide range of languages, disciplines, and subjects.

It is a special library with resources in language education and research, with a special focus on applied linguistics and the teaching of English to speakers of other languages.

The core areas of the Library’s collection include international relations and strategic studies, politics and government; and economic, foreign and defence policies of the countries in Northeast, South and Southeast Asia.

As the only secondary and pre-tertiary arts school in Singapore, its collection includes arts related resources in various art forms to support the artistic growth and pursuits of SOTA students.
13	Shaw Foundation Library, Raffles Institution	One Raffles Institution Lane, Singapore 575954	Email	The Shaw Foundation Library was donated by the Shaw Foundation Pte and was officially opened on 19 July 2006. Besides providing a wide variety of resources across three levels, the library is also furnished with five discussion rooms known as Think Tank rooms for staff and students to hold group discussions.
14	Singapore Management University (SMU) Libraries	70 Stamford Road, Singapore 178901	Visit Email	Central to SMU’s city campus, the SMU Libraries are places of discovery where active learning happens. Through two physical locations – Li Ka Shing Library and Kwa Geok Choo Law Library – and its digital services, SMU Libraries contribute to the research, teaching, and learning needs of the SMU community.

16	Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Library	Blk C, Level 2, C.2.02, 463 Clementi Road, Singapore 599494	Visit	The SUSS Library supports the teaching and learning needs of its community. The library opened its digital doors in January 2019 and its physical library in November 2023. Currently it has about 11,000 print books, 320,000 eBooks, 60,000 eJournals in its collection and subscribes to about 70 databases.

18	St Francis Methodist School (International) Learning Resource Centre	492 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 678095	Visit	The Learning Resource Centre supports reading, research and learning to the school community, provides access to books and learning materials and creates a quiet space for study and thinking. It also promotes a love for reading and lifelong learning through programmes and activities.
19	Tanglin Trust School	95 Portsdown Road, Singapore 139299	Visit	The Tanglin Trust School has three libraries, one each for the Infant, Junior, and Senior School. Students learn to use the libraries to the full extent from Nursery right through to Sixth Form, with age-appropriate facilities in each school supporting this whole-school approach.

Spanning 1,000 square meters, it features an open layout, 18-hour service, self-service technology, and emphasises sustainability with energy-efficient systems and reused materials. The library was transformed in 2023 to enhance its offerings.
