21 participants visited the National Library Board’s (NLB) Library Supply Centre (LSC).
The first part of the visit involved sharing of topic areas by LSC, including RDM processes in managing the content value chain, tools and systems developed to improve the content value chain, improvements in global sourcing of library materials and operational systems, systems for governance and improved efficiency, use of business analytics, enhanced resource discovery.
For the second part of the visit, a 30 minutes tour was given to the back-end office as well as the technical processing area.
